From the 7th to the 16th of June London plays host to London Jewellery Week. This popular event is one of the most glamorous annual events held in the capital and attracts a lot attention because of its international importance.
This year marks London Jewellery Week’s sixth year and this year’s event is bigger than ever with each day packed full of activities that are open to the public. There will be shows, exclusive launches, and talks given by some of the biggest names in the global jewellery industry. Workshops on different aspects of the industry will also be held during the ten-day event.
Various events will be held all over London. From June 7 to 9 Jewel East will be held at the Old Spitalfields Market. The three day event will showcase up-and-coming jewellery designers as well as costume and vintage jewellery.
The Somerset House will be the venue for two events. On June 11 and 12, Jewellery Show London, an exclusive trade only event, will be held. Here you’ll find extraordinary jewellery from all over the world. From the 13th to the 16th, “Treasure” will be a jewellery buyer’s paradise as contemporary jewellery from different UK creators will be put on sale for the jewellery loving public.
Greenwich Market will also be involved in London Jewellery Week. One of London’s most famous markets will host the city’s biggest jewellery market. You will see showcases from popular jewellery designers and craftsmen and possibly even get beautiful pieces at amazing prices.
