Fantastic apartment in London - 5 out of 5 stars
The Thames View 3 bed was fantastic, the views amazing, location could not be better. The Vauxhall tube station a few steps from the apt, just outside the complex. The apt was comfortable, modern, warm, clean, spacious. We were two families with children and teenagers and we felt really good. The complex has a Pret a manger, restaurants, pubs and a Tesco Express (open 7am- 11pm, very convenient for us) and the Tate Britain just across the Vauxhall Bridge. We recommend BLL to our friends

We couldn't have done better - 5 out of 5 stars
It was our first trip to London. After intensive search we found this place that suited our requirements. We hit the jackpot! The location could not be more central, within walking distance of major attractions, city life, and tubes and buses, both, local and national! The booking and check-in is easy and the communication and response by the management is very prompt. The apartment was fully equipped including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, laundry soap etc. Despite in the centre of city, it was quiet with the windows closed that looked out on Buckingham Palace Road. As mentioned previously, the location was the best part. And the price. Much cheaper and more convenient than any hotel in the vicinity. The downside. The apartment is listed as able to sleep up to 4 people. We had our son visit us from Oxford for 2 nights. The bedroom was not big enough to accommodate an extra bed. We set up his bed in the living room for the night and folded the bed away for the day. With 4 persons, it can become overcrowded. And with one bathroom, there might be a queue! It is ideal for two people and suitable for up to 3 persons. Would definitely book again with the company if we visit London in the future. I recommend them and the apartment without hesitation. You will not go wrong!

Great location for a good price, modern, clean, with helpful staff and outstanding service. Next time in London I'll pick serviced apartment from this company again - maybe another one, so I can enjoy same quality in the different London location.

This is a very conveniently located apartment that had all a travel needed,close to Waterloo station,Westminster bridge and big BEN, borough markets and central London. Just minutes on tube to all parts of London and also great early morning walking around the area. Great apartment for two couples,clean and well appointed.Easy access to shops,pubs and London eye. Definitely will rebook when we return to London. Highly recommend.

A great time was had by all - 5 out of 5 stars
Our family of four stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the Waterloo Road. Not only was the flat very well appointed, but the location - only a 5-10 minute walk from Waterloo Station - was pivotal in allowing us to fulfill our vacation programme. the self-catering element of the let was made much easier by a Sainsbury's being in between the station and the apartment!
However, the accommodation was only one aspect of the experience. The customer service support from Boutique London Lets was expemplary. Emails were replied to by return, even over the weekends, and comments made during our stay were rapidly dealt with.
In summary, not only would we wish to deal with Boutique London Lets again, but I've also recommended them to my best friend!

Great location, great upkeep, easy booking - 5 out of 5 stars
I rented this flat for family visiting London for the first time and was very impressed by the condition of the flat! Location is great, just a stonethrow from the heart of London, and close to communications. Certainly better value for money than booking a hotel which does not have any space to sit down and plan the adventures of the day. A definite recommend!

Amazing apartment in the heart of London - 5 stars
Excellent location, quiet area, brand new kitchen equipment, spotless clean and with all the commodities.
Ideal for families with children or for 4 adults.
We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor and although the stairs are easy I would like to point out, for people with disabilities, that there is no lift.
I definitely recommend it and will be booking again next time I go to London.
