What's your job title?

I'm a guest support and bookings supervisor here at Boutique London Lets.

What does your role involve?

I am the first point of contact for giving out apartment information and taking care of reservations and the arrival of our guests at the apartments. I also handle any conflicts and disputes that may arise.

What are the best parts of your job?

During their stay I have to make sure that guests are completely worry free. It's a constant challenge to provide the absolute best customer service.

What's your ideal holiday?

My ideal holiday is simply meeting new and interesting people from many countries. I can have a long chat, play games, swim and drink with new friends. They can tell me about their own countries, their daily lives and stories, their hopes and fears and in return, I can tell them about myself. It is also fun to arrive at unknown ports, for instance on a cruise, and go ashore for a few hours to see strange places, eat different foods and hear different languages.

What's your favourite thing about London?

There's nowhere quite like London for its history, people, culture and landmarks which are known all around the the world. My favourites are Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.
