Rates

The rental tariff that we quote includes the complete cost of the apartment, all furnishings and utilities including internet.

Phone connection is also included, cheap local or international calls can be made using a calling card. A weekly cleaning service is optional for an additional charge at most locations.

Payment options

The rental is invoiced on one, simple customised invoice. Payments are typically required in advance for the stay. There are no further expenses, taxes or fees incurred. For longer stays, periodic payments can be arranged.

You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, or Electronic transfer. We can bill individuals or we can invoice a company directly by emailing out the Tax Invoice.

Payments can be processed each month automatically once the card details have been provided.
